"We believe that Chasing4Life is offering some of the very best multi-hazard educational programs your child could ever experience. This organization is helping to create a stronger, more educated and better prepared generation of Americans by taking the learning experience to a new level!" "Thank you for the awesome presentations- the kids and staff thought you were great. You have changed people's lives with education through facts, funny ways to remember and your great sense of humor!" Norfolk Middle School, Norfolk, Nebraska __________________________________________________________________ "Wow, you sure missed a great presentation if you did not see Eddy Weiss today. A vibrant speaker that told us that we can do anything if we put our electronics away and go get a book from the library. He was amazing and I am so glad that you had him there. My child did not want to come, but while we were there, he kept saying, this guy is amazing. He should be a motivational speaker for life lessons and what you can learn from a book." Jennifer Tigges, Dubuque, Iowa ___________________________________________________ "We had Eddy here at Ames… he is very passionate about weather, weather safety and being prepared. He did 4 different programs for us for the same price. He talked with preschoolers (daycare and families)at 10, tweens and teens at 2, at a retirement facility at 4 and then again for an evening program at 7 about being ready, what you should have in your home and be aware of with the weather and in your own home surroundings. I attended all four and while some of the stories might have been about the same scenario he adapted it to the audience for which he was presenting. We all know how hard that can be but he was able to do it with great ease. He also gives safety training to cities and schools."
Jerri J. Heid, Ames Public Library, Ames, Iowa ____________________________________________________ "We were so satisfied with Eddy Weiss and the chasing4life team. We really put them throughtheir paces with 5 meetings in one day in three sites. But they maintained their energy and quality for each presentation. I was especially impressed with how ell Eddy adapted the material and approach for each age group from young kids to senior citizens. We are already talking about how to have the team back next year!" Don Ruffenach, Assistant Librarian Washington Public Library, Washington, Iowa

______________________________________________ "We enjoyed your visit with us. Kids were talking about you long after you left. At our last program I asked for a review of everything and many of the kids said yours was the best program. One of my grandsons would imitate one of your lines for weeks after you left. I would highly recommend you to anyone who would ask. As a matter of fact I’m planning on having you come again next year. Thanks again for a wonderful interesting program." Dike Public Library, Dike, Iowa

"We had Eddy Weiss here in Dubuque last week and he was awesome! Eddy is very passionate about weather and disaster preparedness. He did 3 programs for us for all ages levels. We had many positive comments on his program. If you have not had him at your library -- I highly recommend him. Great for adult programs too!" Danielle Day, Carnegie-Stout Public Library, Dubuque, Iowa _________________________________________________________ "Our Chasing4Life event was the best event we have sponsored at the library since I have been here...everyone who attended these programs enjoyed them greatly... I am sure that the time spent with you will be a priceless memory and will add fuel to their interest in the subject of weather... from the pre-schoolers to the Seniors, everyone was enthralled with your presentations...it takes a special person to be able to relate to such a wide range of ages...thank you so much!" Valerie J. Doyle Director, Pontiac Illinois Library __________________________________________________________________________________ “We were visited by Educator, Eddy Weiss. During his two-week visit, Eddy spoke at local churches, community events and to over 60 school classes throughout our ravaged community. Eddy’s “bed-side manner”, expertise, comedy and sincere concern all worked together to spread a message of peace as well as disaster preparedness for future catastrophic events. It was amazing to watch the children open up and tell him how afraid they were. He has a great ability to speak on any level whether it is to the first graders, high school kids or the older generations. Eddy seemed to know all of the right words to bring peace and soothe the worries... I have had numerous phone calls from parents thanking us for bringing him to speak. He came into the community for a two day speaking engagement but our town adopted him in and kept him for the next two weeks. We have already scheduled for him to come back in October for another two weeks because so many want to hear him speak. As a town that sits directly on the Mississippi River, in tornado territory and on a fault line, we have a lot of potentials for disaster. But with his help we have been working out a disaster plan that will cover us for anything...”

“…wonderful for all ages - even teens. He used a computer to help them search for information about an upcoming local storm. Very informative AND entertaining. Several people came back a second time with more family members…” West DesMoines Public Library, DesMoines, Iowa ______________________________________________________________________ “I’m the fifth grade teacher at Pemiscot County R-3 School. My students were greatly affected by the tornadoes that passed through the county last spring. They constantly want to talk about the tornado and the effects it had on them and their families. When Eddy and Dorothy came to our school a few weeks ago, it gave the students another chance to “vent” about the tornado. They also learned how tornadoes can be tracked and the importance of taking cover, should this ever occur here again. "Thank you for spending an afternoon with us! “ Ms. Emily Akes
“Eddy Weiss has been the best asset that I have used for getting the information that I need. Thanks again for everything Eddy!”
Buddy Mowery,
“Just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for visiting our school last week. My first graders were very impressed with you and Dorothy. They talked for several days about your visit. I do think these kinds of visits make an impact on their lives. We need more of these.” Mary Lewelling
“Eddy came to bring a very much needed message to our church family. His message was about how we run after things in life, to only find these things lead to dead ends. He also shared how God chases US. His testimony and the timely message was exactly what we needed...”
