Special tours are created to maximize advertising and marketing potential, to coordinate large numbers of dates and to keep costs to a minimum for attendees, venues, hosts and sponsors.

This year the Chasing4Life Team heads west with what could quite possibly be the largest tour of the year! If you are a school, church, chamber, library or organization within the Aurora, Illinois region, you do not want to miss the opportunity to become a part of this special tour.  To mark the opening of the SciTech Hands On Museum's new main exhibit, Chasing4Life's Eddy Weiss will be touring the Aurora region from March 8 through March 20.  The tour will be marked by two special events: On March 18th, Faith World Outreach of Bartlett will be hosting a special all-day homeschool featuring Chasing4Life programs on lightning, severe weather, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes and more!  On March 19th SciTech Museum will be hosting a special event starting at 2PM where Eddy will be re-united with his storm chase vehicle "Dorothy" now on display! Starting in late summer of 2010, Chasing4Life will be celebrating a new partnership with the Girl Scouts! This special tour will last through 2011 and offers Girl Scouts acrosss the country the opportunity to book special events and explore the exciting world of meteorology, weather forecasting and disaster preparedness! At the end of 2010 we will begin special tours focused on Emergency Management, Response and Mitigation.  This tour is open to ANYONE and ANY organization and agency looking for simple solutions, practical answers and assistance in navigating the ever-changing and always-challenging world of emergency management.
